Having extensive experience in mental health practice and endorsement as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I am trained in structured and semi-structured therapeutic interventions.

In addition to facilitating therapeutic interventions, I am also able to support clients in preparing applications and psychosocial reports for the National Disability and Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

For health professionals, I offer clinical supervision sessions to clinicians practicing in mental health, public health service delivery, leadership, and management.
Individual therapy sessions, family and carer support, and group-based parenting programs. Sessions are generally face-to-face, though can also be offered via telehealth videoconferencing. Medicare benefits apply for people referred through their General Practitioner with a Mental Health Care Plan. Supporting adolescent mental health and wellbeing involves family-based responses. Additional time in these sessions allows young people to engage with a therapist for the entirety of a 60-minute session, with capacity for pre/post psychoeducation with nominated caregivers. Parent/carer involvement is still offered in 'Individual Sessions | 60 Minutes', though increased time is accounted for here.

As a Circles of Security - Parenting (COSP) facilitator, weekend/evening groups will be offered in 2026. In 2-hour sessions over 8 weeks, parents/carers will explore attachment theory and 'good enough parenting'. Cost per caregiver is $600, though a reduced fee of $450 applies for additional caregivers from the same unit. Medicare benefits may apply if referred by a General Practitioner.

Clinical Supervision for Health Professionals
Through offering opportunities for reflective practice, clinical supervision fosters professional growth and wellbeing. Clinical supervision offered through Therapy Aloud are grounded in social work theory, systems navigation, and clinical expertise, though are available to health professionals of any discipline. Where clinical supervision is a requirement of your professional role, sessions are tax deductible.
